If you have a problem with your NoHands Mouse™ you can call or write our Technical Support Specialists. Please include the following information in any correspondence, or have it in front of you when you call:

• NoHands Mouse™ type and model number
• NoHands Mouse™ serial number (located on the bottom of the clicks pedal)
• Computer hardware model and operating system software version

Notice: USB issue for Mac OS X Leopard 10.5 Users

• Mac users with OS X 10.5 or later may be experience a variety of issues. Please use only Hummingbird or SIIG brand PS2-to-USB adapters. You may purchase one of these adapters directly from us.
